Together. A Stronger Voice. Join the Arkansas Education Association Today!

When we are heard, respected, and given the resources we need, we can give our very best. With more members like you, AEA members will have an even stronger voice to fight for better wages, fair working conditions, and a voice in the workplace.

OUR MEMBERS CREATE MEANINGFUL CHANGE FOR EDUCATORS, STUDENTS, AND COMMUNITIES

The Arkansas Education Association (AEA) makes sure our voices are actually heard. Together, we have successfully raised wages, improved working conditions, and increased public school, higher education, and public services funding. We can have an even stronger voice when you join us today.

We have a voice, and we give you a voice, and if you ever have any issues, we walk beside you through them.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Becoming a member of AEA connects you with a movement of educators and education support professionals supporting each other. Our union advocates for the funding and resources that you, your schools, and your students deserve. This includes:

Together we're stronger. Together we're heard.

With more members like you, we’ll have a stronger voice so that we can secure real pay increases, change our workplace, and protect our rights.

Jaime Alverson
I’ve been to the Capitol for Nurses day and AEA is always there, they always know what’s going on and who everyone is. I got to see the union work for educators before I joined.

Audrey Nichols
Our communities and our families are left out of the education loop. AEA and NEA have empowered me to ask questions and buck against the system if I don’t think it’s right. I’m supposed to se be an advocate—that’s where I see myself.
