Enrollment Application for 2011-12
The AEA Membership Division will contact your local association president and ask a local association representative to
visit with you about the benefits of membership, dues payment options and answer questions you might have about the
Association.
The local association representative will give you a copy and see that your membership application is processed.
Following processing, you will receive a new member packet from the AEA including your membership card, pin and
information on Association benefits.
On behalf of the leadership and staff of the AEA, Welcome to Membership! We hope you will choose to participate in
the many professional development and leadership training opportunities the Association offers.
As a member, you:
- Are covered by a $1 Million Dollars liability insurance policy
- Receive up to $55,000 in accidental death and dismemberment coverage
- Receive professional publications including important legislative information that affects your work environment, salary and benefits.
- May purchase virtually all insurance policies at special members-only premiums
- Receive legal services
- Become part of group of professionals who are informed about current policy within the your work environment.
